Christopher BrownPartner, Licensed Insolvency PractitionerChristopher joined Hart Shaw in 1992, qualified as an Insolvency Practitioner in 1997 and became a partner in 2003. With his considerable experience in all areas of business recovery and insolvency, he brings a practical and personal approach to dealing with business problems. |

Emma LegdonBusiness Recovery & Insolvency ManagerEmma joined the business recovery team in 1996, having originally joined the firm in 1994. Emma is fully involved in the full range of services the business recovery team provides on both corporate and personal insolvencies and has recently qualified as an Insolvency Practitioner. |

Ken previously worked in a variety of accounting roles and has a valuable knowledge and experience of the practical and financial aspects of running a business. Paula UttleySenior Business Recovery & Insolvency AdministratorPaula joined the business recovery team in 2008, bringing with her 14 years of experience of working in corporate insolvency. Since joining Hart Shaw Paula has continued to work on corporate insolvencies whilst also gaining experience in bankruptcy work. Paula is also a member of the Institute of Credit Management. |

James TaylorBusiness Recovery & Insolvency AdministratorJames joined the Business Recovery Team in January 2011 but originally joined Hart Shaw in 2005 working in the business services department gaining experience on all financial aspects of accounts work and qualifying as a chartered certified accountant. He has also worked within the corporate finance department working on small to mid market deals and is now gaining experience on both corporate and personal insolvencies |
