Part of Hart Shaw’s Business Recovery & Insolvency team, Emma has extensive experience in both corporate and personal insolvency - working on a wide variety of liquidations, both solvent and insolvent.
She is well versed in administrations and company voluntary arrangements, as well as assisting clients with personal financial circumstances including preparing and monitoring individual voluntary arrangements.
Emma is an associate of the ICAEW and a Member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3) and has been with the firm for over 30 years; qualifying as an Insolvency Practitioner in 2011.
